Pigeon Key:
MM 47, (Great) This is a small key in the middle of the 7-mile bridge. It was
a staging and lodging area for the bridge workers in 1910-12. It is a 2 mile walk
on the old bridge. Trolleys are available. Rent bikes and take a short ride to
the key. It is a beautiful ride over the ocean. It is a great place to have a
picnic in the middle of the ocean.
