Our collection of private, stand-alone cottages is thoughtfully appointed with updated amenities including plush mattresses, kitchenettes, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and everything you need to feel right at home.
Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and just steps from our private beach, guests can unwind in shaded tiki huts, sway in pillowed hammocks, or paddle the calm waters by kayak or paddleboard. What is Your Cancellation Policy?
A 50 percent deposit is due at the time of booking. The 50 percent balance is due at check-in. To avoid losing your deposit, a 14-day notice is required to cancel or change your arrival or departure date. A $50 per cottage fee will be charged for all cancellations and date changes made more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Is There a Room That Fits More Than 2 People?
No, we only allow two people in each cottage. All cottages only have one bed each. If there are more than two people in your party, you will need more than one cottage.
Are Children Allowed?
No children are allowed on the property. Everyone staying at the resort must be 16 years old and up. Must be 18 years old to make a reservation and check-in.
Can You Swim at The Beach at Your Location?
Yes you can definitely swim on our beach. The water is clear and shallow and usually has no waves.
Can I Bring My Own Boat?
You may bring a boat and park it on our dock if it is less than 25 feet. There is no space big enough on property to park a boat trailer. Please call our office number before your reservation date and we can assist you with arranging trailer parking nearby.
Can You Snorkel?
Yes! The Florida Keys Bay is right in our backyards and the waters are excellent for snorkeling. On a good day you can see several different species!
Are Pets Allowed?
We do not allow any pets.
Can You Fish Off The Dock?
Yes, but we ask that you please catch and release. And be Mindful of those in the water swimming.
Do You Allow Weddings or Private Events?
We do! However, you must reserve all 10 cottages for a minimum of two nights as well as pay a venue fee.
